Practical knowledge is the source of completeness!

No matter how many stanzas are grasped without practice in spiritual practice, the result is null. We go enthusiastically to listen to Harikathas, Purana readings and spiritual discourses. Moreover, we celebrate 'how well said!'- we make sure to watch Ramayana, Bharata and Bhagavatad serials on TV - all these are ways to acquire devotion and knowledge. But.. the acquired knowledge should be experienced and enjoyed!Or is there any benefit in just listening? An old man who recites Ramayana all the time.. What will be the result if he sues his brother in court in property matters? A devotee who has read India many times.. How can he not understand the result of Dhritarashtra's love? What is the use of children when they are doing bad things.. when they are going astray.. when they are behaving stupidly. It is of no use if the father cries bitterly when he has to be punished for the misdeeds and misdeeds of his children. If the genius who memorized the Bhagavad Gita realizes that he is not the body but God, the deaths are not wrong for anyone.. if he cannot believe.. if he does not realize that essence but does not give some result in practice.. what is the use of recitation.

If you do not enjoy knowing the spiritual things and put them into practice, the result is null. It is as if the ingredients like rice and pulses needed for cooking are carefully collected and stored in the storeroom. Using the collected materials, it is a benefit when you cook deliciously and cleanly and eat it to your heart's content. Without thinking about cooking...What is the use if the storeroom is filled with purchases without even thinking of cooking and eating? Filling the head with things is like storing books in the head. This is the mistake most of us make! We hear many things related to Bhakti, Jnana and Vairagya. We read many books. But in practice they are not reflected. As a result we are not able to reach the divine grace.
